We're certainly going places and to support our expanding portfolio across New Zealand with our recent exciting partnership with Heritage Hotels, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our NZ sales team based in Wellington or Auckland.About the role:Reporting to the Director of Sales NZ, the role of Sales Executive NZ plays an integral part in our NZ Sales Team.
Driving sales for our hotels across New Zealand and globally, exceeding client expectations, delivering on their requirements, and establishing TFE as their company of choice.Key responsibilities (not limited to):End to end sales - Connect, Convert, Engage and Retain clients.Research, evaluate and submit tender proposals.Develop strong relationships with existing and future clients.Monitor market trends and competitor analysis to refine offerings.Attend industry events, functions, and trade events (may be out of hours).About you:Min 2-3 years' previous experience in sales from the hospitality or travel industries.Exceptional organisation and time management skills.Previous experience using MS Office Suite and Salesforce (or similar).A master at sales calls and deliver to meet KPI's.Strong internal and external stakeholder management.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong and confident presentation and negotiation skills.Immaculate grooming and personal presentation.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Valid New Zealand drivers licence/ Own reliable car.Full Working Rights in New Zealand.Why TFE Hotels:Supportive, friendly team and company culture.Global hotel discounts for you and your family and friends.Travel and wellness discounts.Paid Birthday leave to celebrate the day and eat cake.Food and Beverage discounts at our cool bars with amazing views.Leave options to attend to the things in life that are important to you.Paid parental leave.International exchange opportunities.Learning, development and career progression.Community - Giving back out there feels extra good here.Recognition with your chance to shine.Like you, we nurture and celebrate the passionate and the talented, and we promise to give more back.
