National Hospitality Sales Executive

Lion Inc is seeking an experienced National Hospitality Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in the Wellington region.
This permanent role will involve developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and managing our existing customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to your call cycle to ensure customer needs are being met.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Sell in of Retail range to existing customer base.
- Ensuring existing accounts are supported through training, servicing, and resources to help them grow their coffee business.
- Building capability in coffee training and troubleshooting for machinery queries.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is motivated, self-driven, and pro-active with a desire to achieve results and use initiative.
- Has excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Has strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
- Has passion and a strong attention to detail.
- Has experience in a similar sales role within FMCG.
