Job Description
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Account Executive to lead strategic relationships with our largest enterprise clients while shaping the future of our sales organization. In this role, you'll combine deep client partnership with team leadership, leveraging your experience to drive both portfolio growth and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Gartner's most strategic enterprise relationships
  • Lead complex, multi-year digital transformation initiatives at the highest levels of client organizations
  • Mentor team members on complex deal structures and strategic account planning

Requirements:

  • Proven enterprise sales leader with 8+ years of experience in technology, software, or advisory services
  • Track record of consistently exceeding targets through strategic account management
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members while maintaining personal excellence
