Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and pipeline development through strategic planning and execution. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Performance: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities that align with business goals and develop targeted sales strategies to drive pipeline growth.
  2. Project Delivery: Deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting business objectives by coordinating multiple stakeholders and resources effectively.
  3. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions by conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities that align with business goals.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes, including project management, sales, and marketing teams.
