About the Role
Windcave is a high-growth, innovative global leader in payment technology. We are seeking a mid-tier, results-driven Sales Specialist to cover the Wellington region. The role will focus on developing lasting relationships with existing clients and creating new ones. You will benefit from our purpose-driven training and receive support from our efficient Sales Support Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads by cold calling merchants and maintain a good pipeline to meet monthly targets.
  • Develop and qualify new sales inquiries.
  • Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
  • Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth.

About You:

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player who loves working with challenging merchants.
  • You should be target-driven, able to deliver consistently on KPI's.
  • You must be able to work autonomously and hit the ground running.
