Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Roblawmax Recruitment. This exciting opportunity will see you working with a high-performing interior fit-out consultancy that is family-owned and operated. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and pipeline development, leveraging your exceptional skills in project management and sales.
About the Role:
This role involves working closely with internal teams across business development, workplace strategy, and design to understand and articulate what is best for the business. You will engage with stakeholders, including landlords and property partners, to ensure outcomes that are best suited for the client. Your responsibilities will include conducting outbound phone calls/telemarketing, managing multiple projects, leveraging Salesforce, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and conducting market research.
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you will require a proven track record of driving pipeline growth and conversion into sales. You must have strong skills in project management and sales, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is also essential. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred but not necessary.
