About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading FMCG company as a Territory Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Grocery retail accounts across your designated territory.

Key Activities
  1. Manage territory sales, distribution, speed to market, and promotional objectives
  2. Form strong relationships with key account customers and stakeholders
  3. Report on territory sales performance and market trends
  4. Develop and maintain strong third-party merchandising relationships
  5. Collaborate with the Kellanova broader team sharing insights and best practice
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven Territory Management experience gained within FMCG
  • Experience of the Grocery environment is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Confident negotiator
  • Perseverance and attention to details
  • Clean driver's licence
