**Role Overview:**

The Grocery Channel Manager plays a crucial role in developing and executing Red Bull's Off Premise sales strategy in New Zealand. This leader must possess excellent sales performance, key account management, and customer relationship skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Deliver exceptional sales results in FMCG, focusing on NZ market expertise
  2. Maintain a strong network of grocery partnerships, leveraging negotiation and communication skills
  3. Foster collaboration across the sales team to drive commercial success
  4. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting a positive work culture
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using data analysis to inform business decisions

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Prior people management experience is beneficial
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
  • New Zealand Full Driver's Licence
