Grocery Partnership Lead

Role Summary
This is a unique opportunity to join Red Bull's sales team as a Grocery Channel Manager. As a key leader in our Off Premise sales team, you will be accountable for Red Bull's strategy, relationships, and commercial performance with our New Zealand grocery partners.
Key Responsibilities
You will define and implement our strategy, commercial arrangements, and trade investment across all grocery customers in New Zealand. You will also lead the Key Account Manager and be accountable for providing direction, leadership, and development to this position.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years' Key Account Management experience with strong customer relationship skills is required. Previous people management experience is preferred. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, combined with strong commercial acumen, are essential.
