About The Role:

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment and work with some of New Zealand's most iconic brands. You'll be responsible for driving market share growth, managing key grocery accounts, and building lasting customer partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Driving sales performance and executing key commercial activities to optimise our grocery channel performance.
  • Managing key grocery accounts and building lasting customer partnerships to ensure long-term success.
  • Tracking performance using tools like SAP, ACNielsen, and Excel to identify opportunities and improve product offerings.
  • Maintaining stock availability, customer satisfaction, and supporting the timely speed-to-market of new products through VMI processes.
  • Supporting the sales team by providing regular updates and helping them optimise performance and address distribution gaps.

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales and commercial roles, preferably within the liquor industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess inventory trends, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Passion for learning and adapting to industry trends and best practices.
