Job Description

As a Grocery Account Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, executing commercial activities, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our grocery channel performance. You will be responsible for managing volume and profit targets, ensuring effective execution of promotional activities, and developing strong relationships with key grocery customers. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting will be crucial in identifying opportunities and improving product offerings. Additionally, you will oversee Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes to ensure stock availability, maintain customer satisfaction, and support the timely speed-to-market of new products. You will also provide regular updates to the sales team, helping them optimize performance and address distribution gaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in VMI, demand forecasting, or supply chain within the liquor industry. You must possess strong Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and forecasting functions. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to assess inventory trends, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions. You will also need to demonstrate attention to detail and administration skills to manage inventory data, reporting, and order accuracy. A growth mindset and enthusiasm about learning, adapting to industry trends, and developing professionally within the role are essential.
