As a Grocery Sales Performance Specialist at DB Breweries Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving market share growth and managing key grocery accounts. This exciting opportunity involves owning sales performance, executing commercial activities, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimise the grocery channel.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong Microsoft Excel or data analytics skills. Previous experience in VMI, demand forecasting, or supply chain within the liquor industry is preferred but not essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Commercial Performance: Ensure effective execution of promotional activities to drive volume and profit targets.
  • Data & Insights Management: Utilise tools like SAP, ACNielsen, and Excel to track performance, identify opportunities, and improve product offerings.
  • Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI): Oversee VMI processes to ensure stock availability, maintain customer satisfaction, and support timely product launches.
  • Field Sales Support: Provide regular updates to the sales team, helping them optimise performance and address distribution gaps.

Requirements:

  • Experience & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of sales and commercial operations, with previous experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and forecasting functions.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess inventory trends, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
