Key Grocery Business Development Manager

**About the Role:**
The Grocery Channel Manager position is a pivotal leadership role within our Off Premise sales team. As a key player, you will be accountable for driving Red Bull's strategy, building strong relationships, and delivering commercial excellence with our grocery partners in New Zealand.
**Responsibilities:**
- Leads outstanding sales performance and track record in FMCG, preferably in NZ
- Minimum 3 years of Key Account Management experience with exceptional customer relationship skills
- Prior people management experience is a plus
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen, including data-driven insights
- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Strong team player, proactive contributor to culture
- Advanced level MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
- New Zealand Full Driver's Licence
- Prefers Bachelor's Degree
