Role Summary
We are seeking a Sales and Partnerships Executive to join our team, focusing on driving business growth and expansion within the region.
The successful candidate will have experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and securing new business opportunities in the territory.
- Developing strong relationships with salon partners to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Aiding salon partners' business growth by providing expert business and marketing support.
- Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs for existing clients.
- Reporting regularly on activity and opportunities.
About You
- History of consistent success in sales and negotiation with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Ability to maintain and build relationships quickly, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to travel out of Auckland up to 6 nights per cycle.
- Ability to work in partnership with your manager and wider team to grow existing business and gain new business in the region.
