**What will your typical week look like?**

As the client services officer, you will provide generalist support and complete administrative tasks, as part of the Client Service Team. Responsible for ensuring tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. You would be responsible for booking appointments, document management and data entry. In addition, this role requires relief Reception support, so will require a high level of customer service skills and a client centric approach.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Complete tasks in their local office or designated region to ensure completion of tasks, within required timelines
- Ensure all client related tasks in their local office or designated region are completed in accordance within internal and external service standards
- Attend to client tasks within the Beginner skill set
- Provide support to the Client Services team as required
- Responsible for file creation and management to support Adviser Support requirements
- Database entry and management, as directed
- General ad-hoc administrative support to as required such as printing, filing or scanning

- Experience within a similar administration or client services role
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Show initiative, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
- An interest in the financial services industry (preferred)
