Join a leading manufacturing business in their Penrose-based offices and warehouse.

Starting on 15th July and concluding 1st March 2025, with holiday time for Christmas and New Year (2 weeks closed, so you can enjoy a holiday).

This contract role offers an excellent opportunity to support B2 B clients as part of a small NZ team within a global company.

Gain valuable experience and comprehensive training along the way.

About the Role:
Serve as the primary point of contact for business customers, handling calls, emails, and office visitors.
Ensure accurate and efficient order processing, meeting same-day-delivery deadlines.
Provide technical solutions tailored to client needs, with training on their product offerings.
Complete administration and invoicing tasks accurately, including month-end functions.
Utilize advanced IT systems like SAP and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Contribute to special projects and assist the Sales and Operations team.
Support inventory control and reporting for the manufacturing/warehouse team.
Assist with the pick / packaging of goods when required.
Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory control, logistics, supplier agreements and reporting as/when required.

About You:
Bring 3+ years' experience in office-based roles like Office Manager, CSR or Sales Support.
Possess exceptional organizational and IT skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Display a warm, engaging personality and clear, professional communication style.
Customer-focused mindset, with reliability and autonomy in an office setting.
Technical aptitude and able to learn complex product information quickly. If you have experience in the Labels or Packaging Industries this would be advantageous.
Available for Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm onsite work (WFH not available).

Remuneration:


Offering $70,000 K - 40 hours/week, tailored to attract an experienced, self-motivated individual who enjoys office management and client relationships.
