**The Role**
Our client services team work collaboratively with all team members and clients to provide coordination and administration support throughout the client’s journey with MGI +MORE. We make sure that our clients get the best service with every interaction and that work transitions effectively and efficiently through the job cycle, from engagement to completion and beyond
You will be juggling multiple activities and priorities including:
- Working closely with our managers to complete jobs for clients
- Liaising with clients to gather required information
- Following up on actions required
- Monitoring target dates and deadlines
- Providing support and guidance to the team
**About you**
We want someone who has outstanding organisational and time management skills. As you will be a key point of contact, you need to have great communication skills, whether in person, on the phone or in writing - you can clearly pass on details, explain requirements, set expectations, and get results.
You also need to
- Have had experience in an administrative role
- Prove you have experience following complex processes
- Have exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
- Experience with project, contracts or workflow administration
- Have the capability to manage a process from end to end
- Have the confidence to develop relationships and build rapport with the team, clients, and business partners
- Be flexible and agile; able to adapt to a changing environment and switch between priorities
- Be a quick learner, tech savvy, and enjoy the idea of a challenge
- Have a keen eye for detail
Full training in Xero, Karbon, and the other systems we use will be provided.
