We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Client Services team, supporting our busy Tax Advisory business. This is a 12-month fixed term maternity leave contract based in our Auckland downtown office. We have all the tools, people and expertise to make your journey a success, so you can grow your career.

**What will your typical week look like?**

Day to day, you will be working with a hardworking, fun team of professionals - Partners, Managers, Accountants and the National Client Services Admin team. You will take ownership of complex administration tasks as outlined below.
- Managing client data, checking reports including timesheets, billings, expenses and compliance,
- Preparing client service agreements and collection of information for the delivery of tax engagements
- Invoicing and WIP Management
- Communicating effectively and in a timely basis with Advisers, Partners and Corporate staff and providing exceptional client service
- Providing diary assistance, expenses, travel bookings, preparation of agenda’s, taking minutes, compiling documents, presentations and reports

- Relevant experience in Administration and/or Client Services
- Solid experience using the Microsoft Suite and knowledge of CRM software
- A genuine team player with a friendly, helpful and constructive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, time management and organisational abilities
- A proactive attitude toward problem solving, learning and developing in your role
