**The opportunity**
We are on the lookout for a client experience/office services coordinator to join our Auckland operations team on a casual basis. The team's usual business hours are between 08:00am to 05:30pm, so you can expect to work a shift that falls within these times which will be determined with you in advance. Evening cover will be required from time to time to provide support for after-hours functions. This role requires flexible availability, as you will be offered shifts on as as-needed basis.
Working alongside others in the team, you will be responsible for welcoming all visitors into our office, managing our booking system, liaising with our catering team, making refreshments, preparing rooms with audio visual technology for various meetings and events, answering and directing external phone calls, and providing cover in the mail room.
This is a dynamic and interesting client experience role where no two days are the same and you will have good spread of busy and quieter times and you will be an integral part of the Buddle Findlay whānau.
