**Your Role**

We are seeking an organised individual to join our team as the contact point for all service matters related to Multinational accounts. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Service Executive who is experienced at building strong relationships with Underwriters, Clients and Brokers.

This opportunity will see you working collaboratively with the business from day one in order to deliver pragmatic solutions. You will have a unique opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business, working with various stakeholders and provide optimum customer solutions.

You will be responsible for managing the end to end process in accordance with the Global Services Department Guidelines on some Global Accounts. Work with the Assistant Client Service Executives to ensure that all administrative activities in connection with global programs are carried out in time and to a high level of quality.

Tasks will include preparing timely processing instructions to the Multinational Processing Service Unit, Credit Control, Reinsurance and local offices, so that premiums can be debited and policies issued promptly, ensuring accurate policy records are maintained on Chubb systems. The role also involves working closely with Credit Control, Multinational Processing Service Unit and other Chubb departments to ensure resolution of accounting and processing problems.

Ensure that Chubb’s Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Global Programs. There will be opportunity to attend client/broker meetings and support Chubb’s business development activities, including presenting and demonstrating our global capabilities.
- Work Experience in Insurance Industry essential.
- Ideally some experience of servicing multinational insurance program, but not essential.
- Excellent command of the English language including written and spoken. A foreign language would be an advantage but not essential.
- Knowledge of the following MS office software program: Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Professional presentations and attitude
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Self motivated with the ability to work autonomous Ability to work in a team
