We are an HR Consultancy who work with businesses of all sizes as their on-site HR Manager and/or as their preferred HR service / Recruitment supplier.

For us, its all about partnering and adding value to our clients - we have a distinctive blend of both operational and strategic HR, through our unique blend of skills and expertise with a human face.


We have continued to build our presence in the market and now seek a strong HR generalist to continue to join us to support our existing client base and new client requirements.

Our 16 strong team are made up of generalist as well as specialist roles such as Health & Safety; Psychologists; ER and Recruitment.


The Role


We are continuing to grow in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions and now seek skilled HR practitioners to join our team to serve our Waikato based clients.

In this position, you will thrive on engaging with businesses, building great rapport 'super quick' to help companies achieve their short-term and long-term goals.

By providing advice, guidance and support to business managers, employees, and on-site HR /recruitment providers, you will add value to their business, support their culture and increase their 'bottom line'.

You will also assist in providing employee relations and human resource advice to effectively manage employment relationship problems, as well as contributing to HR policy development and leading, managing or participating in projects from time to time.

This role may include weekly regular HR support to our ongoing clients as well as one-off project support.

The Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 6 years HR advisory / management experience across a range of generalist HR areas including recruitment and selection; learning and development, performance management, investigations, remuneration and reward, and of course employment relations
  • Sound analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to wok 'at pace' and juggle multiple projects at once
  • The ability to establish credibility and confidence with ease
  • A high level of professionalism, attention to detail and a downtoearth approach
  • Loads of initiative and be selfmanaging
  • A strong desire to deliver best practice to a diverse client base
  • Composure, flexibility and a sense of humour are right of entry
