Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, your role and what you bring to it will be pivotal to the smooth functioning of RSHL and getting some of their core processes and procedures humming.

Success in this role will be driven by your administration, organisational and exceptional interpersonal skills; you will also have
- Solid Microsoft 365 skills; and be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ability to juggle multiple balls in the air at any one time; a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; and a proactive and responsive attitude.
- Capable to use accounting software systems such as Xero
- Understanding of accounting concepts as they relate to accounts receivable and accounts payable

You will be someone who prides themselves on working with integrity and respect. You’ll love working with systems and be just as happy working on your own as well as in the team.

In this role you will be responsible for a suite of administrative tasks to support the RSHL team and CE as required. Typical tasks include travel, meeting agendas and documentation, policy and process development, supplier management and processing of accounts payable and receivable each month.

This is a new role where you have the ability to shape this position and create value to RSHL. We are looking for an exceptional Administrator - you will have energy to burn, be smart, and demonstrate time and again the ability to go the extra mile.
