**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

We are seeking two highly experienced HRBPs and a Senior HR Advisor to join our People and Communications team supporting Hospital and Specialist Services (our clinical and clinical support staff) here at Waikato District. You will be based at Waikato hospital, with hybrid working available.
As a successful HRBP or Senior HRA you will play a key role in developing our workforce, people and culture. Our value statement - “We care for the carers” - tells our story.

It is an incredibly privileged role, you aren’t contributing to the “bottom line” of a corporate, you are enabling health, and the incredible people that deliver it. - We have 2 permanent roles - 1 HRBP and 1 Senior HRA and 1 fixed term HR BP to April 2025 covering maternity leave (0.8 role, could be 0.6).

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Partnering with line managers at all levels, our wider staff, and external stakeholders (including Unions)
- Working with our national team on key programmes and projects
- Include ER, OD, facilitation and coaching, change management, employee life cycle management using our complete range of employment frameworks.
