Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with managers to understand their unique hiring needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies. Form strong partnerships to attract top talent and build an exceptional team.
  • Source Talent Effectively: Utilise sourcing expertise to create talent pools that resonate with exceptional individuals. Enhance the company's online presence to reach and engage prospective candidates effectively.
  • Collaborate with External Agencies: Work seamlessly with external recruitment agencies to ensure targeted and cost-effective advertising efforts. Maximize the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns.
  • Maintain a Strong Talent Pipeline: Utilise diverse sourcing methods, including social media platforms, job boards, and employee referrals, to consistently attract qualified candidates. Extend reach globally to find top talent.
  • Facilitate Seamless Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by providing hiring managers with the necessary tools and knowledge for success. Act as a valuable resource during department induction to set the stage for future accomplishments.

  • Sourcing and Collaboration Skills: Proficiency in building talent pools, maximizing online presence, and collaborating with managers and external recruitment agencies.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Utilising diverse sourcing methods to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Onboarding Facilitation: Facilitating a seamless onboarding process for hiring managers and supporting their success.
