About you


These opportunities will see you designing, deploying and delivering our Fonterra people strategy and ensuring that people process, programs and systems are aligned to the business strategy and objectives.


By working closely with senior leadership teams to understand business challenges and opportunities, you will work in partnership with our specialist HR teams to leverage expert knowledge and experience.


Key deliverables include:

  • Partnering with senior leadership teams to provide coaching that delivers and drives engagement, culture and high performing teams
  • Developing and delivering people programs and initiatives that creates a competitive advantage
  • Lead key people practices and programmes of work that support the Fonterra people strategy
  • Lead change to enable sustainable people practices
  • Workforce planning ensuring we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time
  • Talent, succession and capability building skills for today and the future
  • Continuous improvement and change


As an experienced People & Culture professional with tertiary qualifications in human resources you will be engaging, influential and a natural communicator.


Leveraging your strategic People & Culture mindset and understanding business challenges, you will get results by delivering the people strategy to plan.

Previous experience managing change in a complex environment, along with experience in a unionised environment is beneficial.
