Administrative Coordinator for Snow Operations

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Mountain Administration Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator for Snow Operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing reception duties, and updating snow reports.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also have experience with Microsoft Office and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include:

  • Managing reception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting guests
  • Updating Snow Reports via telephone, internet, and radio
  • Processing lift tickets for VIPs and media personnel
  • Providing administration support to management and other departments
  • Maintaining ski area records, including invoicing, health and safety, and training records
  • Coordinating the issue and return of all staff uniforms
  • Taking notes in an emergency if requested
  • Ordering stationery supplies
  • Producing innovative and informative staff newsletters
  • Assisting with staff events and incentives

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong administrative background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
