The role of Ski Field Operations Coordinator is a dynamic and challenging position that requires exceptional administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the switchboard, greeting guests, and monitoring and responding to the 2-way radio.
You will also be responsible for updating Snow Reports via telephone, internet, and radio, processing lift tickets for VIPs and Media personnel, and reuniting lost children with their parents. In addition, you will provide administration support to management and other departments, maintain ski area records, including invoicing, health and safety, and training records, and coordinate the issue and return of all staff uniforms.
As a passionate advocate for good customer service, you will engage and build rapport with guests and staff quickly, working effectively as part of a frontline team. You will also have the opportunity to learn about ski field operations, developing your knowledge and skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
