**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing high-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders
  • Coordinating complex meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Managing expense reports and ensuring timely payment
  • Preparing business communications, reports, and presentations
  • Supporting project management and event planning

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Highly developed problem-solving and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
