**Job Description**
We are seeking a Reception and Administration Coordinator to join our team at St. Andrews Care Home in Dunedin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring the high-quality delivery of services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to staff and residents
- Coordinating daily operations and ensuring efficiency
- Communicating effectively with staff, residents, and external parties
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
About You
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will also need to be highly organized, have good time management skills, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience working in a reception/administration role
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
