Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our resort operations team as an Administration Assistant.

As the first point of contact for guests, you will provide exceptional customer service while managing the switchboard, handling lost children reunifications, and processing lift tickets. Your organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate ski area records, including invoicing and health and safety documentation.

You will also provide administrative support to management and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the season.

Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent keyboard skills, professional phone manner, and exceptional organizational ability. You must be able to remain calm under pressure, work autonomously, and have sound decision-making skills.

In addition to your administrative expertise, you should have experience working in frontline customer service, possess strong teamwork skills, and be willing to assist in other departments as required.
