Enterprise Sales Executive

Fusion5 is looking for an energetic, motivated, target-driven individual to join our successful and expanding New Zealand sales team preferably based in Auckland or Wellington. We are looking for someone with a strong sales focus and successful track record of complex solution and systems integration sales helping enterprise organisations with their transformation of business optimization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sales execution against a well defined business plan targeting enterprise organisations across New Zealand. They will have a deep understanding of systems integration technology and business applications, and have experience with complex solution selling. They will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including 'C' level executives.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify and capitalize on business transformation and new business opportunities including positioning Advisory Consulting Service, Integration, Data & Analytics, Managed Services, Cloud Infrastructure and Security, Customer Engagement and Collaboration and ERP solutions.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in achieving targets whilst considering your personal reputation for successful customer outcomes. You will be deeply imbedded in the local business networks and ready to be an advocate for Fusion5.
Key responsibilities:
- Ability to hunt new prospects, leverage your network and generate opportunities from your connections
- Adept at executing sales opportunities from qualification to leads through to signed deals across a myriad of solution partners with high energy, dedication and focus on meeting your target
- Building and nurturing strong relationships prospective clients
- Ability to engage at c-level within prospect organisations
- Using a consultative approach to selling solutions and services in a long-term complex solution sales process
- Working with our business development team in demand generation and campaign activities, generating and qualifying leads and opportunities
- Working closely with our vendors to build strong relationships, uncover opportunities and close them together
- Being able to work well within a team and to travel within New Zealand, as required.
The successful applicant will:
- Experienced track record with Systems Integration technologies includes Managed Services, Cloud Infrastructure, Business Application cloud solution selling with Microsoft, or similar enterprise solutions
- Proven sales success with complex process manufacturing organisations is an advantage. Perhaps you have previously worked for a on-premise or cloud ERP partner/reseller and looking for that cultural change working with the leading Microsoft and Oracle partner in the market
- Alternatively have experience in the complex Cloud solution selling space coming from solutions such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, AWS, Microsoft, Workday, Infor etc
- A self-starter with the hunger to achieve results autonomously
- Possess excellent communication skills (both written and interpersonal) with a professional consultative approach
- Have strong business acumen and present well
- Be energetic, enthusiastic, driven and tenacious with the natural desire to achieve in a competitive climate.
