With a 25-year history, Skopik is a well-established design, install, service, and maintenance business specializing in Audio Visual, Communications Cabling, Electrical, Security, Wi-Fi, and Automation installations.
We are continually adapting to ever-changing technology and are proudly unique in being a complete ICT & AV fit-out, service, and maintenance company for both the commercial and residential sectors.We are on a growth journey and are looking for an Office Manager to support the Skopik team by ensuring all day-to-day office functions and activities are efficiently taken care of.Ideally, you will have held a similar role within a trade or construction office, and you will be someone who is happy to be the "go-to" for all things – so your communication skills are your superpower.Key accountabilities for this role are:Supplier and vendor management including office supplies, courier engagement, and all property management related matters.Management of our administration general inbox.Financial – accounts payable and receivable; reconciliations and financial preparation/collation for external accountants.Payroll and employee experience lead.You will possess excellent time management skills and have a strong interest and ability to focus on the employee experience – from managing high-quality induction and onboarding processes to driving culture and engagement initiatives.Advanced Microsoft Office skills are expected, as well as experience using IMS Payroll, Xero, and SmartTrade would be an added benefit.
You will need a full, current, and clean NZ driver's license.To ensure your success, you will be a multi-tasker, with initiative and drive, and be looking for a role where you can really make a difference.
