Job Responsibilities:This part-time role involves working 20 hours per week, ideally spread over four days, with some flexibility around hours. As a Personal Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating property management documentation and tasks
- Processing payments and reconciliations
- Providing administrative support to the CEO and wider team
- Preparing board papers and minute-taking for board meetings
You'll also participate in team meetings, maintain the office diary, and handle other administrative tasks as required.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
