Job Responsibilities:

This part-time role involves working 20 hours per week, ideally spread over four days, with some flexibility around hours. As a Personal Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating property management documentation and tasks
  • Processing payments and reconciliations
  • Providing administrative support to the CEO and wider team
  • Preparing board papers and minute-taking for board meetings

You'll also participate in team meetings, maintain the office diary, and handle other administrative tasks as required.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
