In this exciting role as Administration Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our office, contributing to a dynamic and innovative work environment. You will work closely with the Business Service Lead, reporting to them directly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project finances, including invoicing and expenses
  • Organising office events and meetings
  • Ordering supplies and managing contractors
  • Liaising with property management teams and fleet management
  • Coordinating staff training and new employee induction

You will need to have previous administrative experience, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and established record-keeping skills are highly beneficial for this role.
