Office Coordinator Manager

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Wonderful. As the first point of contact for our Parnell office, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our staff and clients.
About UsWonderful is part of The Wonderful Company headquartered in the USA (including Fiji Water). We operate 11 containerships, moving +240k TEU between AU, NZ, and the Pacific Islands, as well as the USA. We have strong partnerships with other shipping lines, moving cargo across 25 customer destinations in 16 countries.
Key Responsibilities- Manage reception and front office duties, including opening and closing reception, greeting visitors, and arranging site inductions.
- Provide administrative support to our staff, including preparing invoices, purchase orders, and composing correspondence.
- Arrange travel plans and itineraries, set up staff travel profiles, and ensure offices are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Plan, schedule, and organize office activities, arrange facilities, catering, and issue information or invitations.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar reception, administration, or office support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage at various business levels.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, highly professional approach, and the ability to carry out work in a confidential manner.
- Independent judgment in resolving administrative issues, ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
