As a seasoned Administrative Assistant (Investments), you'll be responsible for providing expert support to our Investment Advisers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and outstanding client experiences.

About the Position

This is a permanent full-time position, working 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, based in our central Auckland office. You'll have the opportunity to develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, become the first point of contact for non-advisory transactions and queries, and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documentation to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct ongoing due diligence to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information, complying with all regulatory requirements
  • Support Investment Advisers with client meeting preparation and attend client meetings as required

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in financial services administration, preferably within a regulatory environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
