Thechrist: SAI Administrative Assistant Position

At Thechrist, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the SAI Administrative Assistant position at the Pacific Area Office. This is a permanent full-time role that requires excellent administrative support skills and attention to detail.

This role will provide support to the Director of Church Schools (CS) and other team members as needed, handling a range of administrative tasks including communication, planning, and project management. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Director with daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and documentation
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of administrative or related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
