Job Role
The Financial and Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organisation. This sole-charge position is essential to supporting our mission. The successful candidate will manage accounts, finances, funding, office administration, rental equipment, and vehicle coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Compile annual financial reports.
- Coordinate and support audit processes.
- Update and maintain records with the Charities Commission.
- Liaise with other offices and the gym to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced experience in office management, finance and funding.
- Advanced in accounting software (Xero).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
