Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team
  • Handling incoming communications and correspondence
  • Coordinating and scheduling site visits and assigning field staff
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
  • Supporting the implementation of office procedures and policies
  • Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Senior Office Administrator or in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
