Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced individual to fill the role of Accounts and Office Administrator. This is a full-time position that involves overseeing and managing all accounts and cross-functional office functions for our stores.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of our accounts, including budgets, bills, and email correspondence.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues alike, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and monitor OPEX expenditure to ensure optimal business profitability.
  • Manage sponsorships and donation requests, as well as onboard new employees and coordinate staff training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, and Accounts Management or similar role.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, multi-tasking, and prioritisation skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Display strong data entry and numerical skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Provide evidence of proven track record with experience and knowledge of accounting principles and accounts management processes.
  • Possess experience with accounting software and Microsoft 365 Office suite skills.
