About the Position:
As the Accounts and Office Administrator, you will be based at STIHL Shop Te Rapa, where you will oversee and manage all accounts and cross-functional office functions for both our stores. This role requires a highly organized and experienced individual with strong data entry and analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into software systems
  • Manage accounts processing, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions and reporting
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss and aged trial balance
  • Monitor OPEX expenditure and provide financial analysis to support business profitability
  • Manage budgets and cash flow transactions
  • Manage credit applications
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely business reporting
  • Manage and coordinate accuracy in warranties and product returns (RMAs)
  • Assist with sales quotes and follow up on open orders
  • Manage sponsorships and donation requests
  • Manage customer inquiries via emails and telephone
  • Implement and maintain office administrative procedures
  • Onboard new employees and coordinate staff training programs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years in an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Accounts Management role
  • Strong leadership, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong data entry and numerical skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven track record with experience and knowledge of accounting principles and accounts management processes
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft 365 Office suite skills
