Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the New Zealand impulse and convenience trade channel, with excellent analytical and strategic skills.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • New Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Auckland region, building relationships that lead to lasting business growth.
  • Grow Key Independent Customers: Develop and implement strategies to grow the sales of our key independent customers, building long-term, successful partnerships.
  • Collaboration with Key Account Managers: Work closely with Key Account Managers to support national accounts, engaging regional stakeholders, key distributors, and customers to maximise every opportunity.
  • Sales Execution: Execute dynamic sales strategies within the Traditional Trade sector to help drive growth across both new and existing business.

Requirements

  • Analytical & Strategic: You're comfortable evaluating sales opportunities, managing pricing through the approval process, and turning strategies into results.
  • Relationship Builder: You thrive on connecting with people, whether it's with internal teams, key independent customers, or distributors, and you know how to keep those relationships strong.
