Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support the Dean's Department at the Dunedin School of Medicine. This role involves providing administrative support to the Dean and other senior leaders, contributing to the overall operation of the department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the Dean's diary, emails, and documents, including monitoring and prioritizing correspondence and responses.
  • Provide advice on relevant policies and processes.
  • Prepare agendas and circulate documents, and record minutes from Executive and Senior Leadership meetings.
  • Support events and other activities, including venue bookings, catering, and IT arrangements.

Benefits Package

This permanent, full-time (37.5 hours) position offers a competitive salary range of $61,360 to $65,879 per annum, with the top of range being $71,150. You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to apply for this role.
