**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Financial Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, customer follow-ups, invoice reconciliation, back costing, processing timesheets, and general office administration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role, with a solid understanding of financial processes and controls. Proficiency in Xero and Excel is also essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are also crucial.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform customer follow-ups
  • Reconcile invoices
  • Process timesheets
  • Assist with contracts, tender proposals, and quoting
  • Provide general office administration support
