Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration and Accounts Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (20-30 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, preferably in the construction industry, and possess strong technical skills in Xero and Microsoft 365.

As an all-round administrator, you will be responsible for managing invoicing and pricing, ordering materials and supplies, scheduling site visits and meetings, handling health and safety documentation, and managing accounts receivable and payable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing and pricing
  • Ordering materials and supplies for ongoing projects
  • Scheduling and coordinating site visits and meetings
  • Handling health and safety documentation and ensuring compliance
  • Managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proficiency with Xero and Microsoft 365
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with health and safety documentation and compliance (desirable)
