  4. Develop, analyze, review, identify, and implement procedures that streamline processes and support a culture of continuous improvement.
  5. Lead specific operational goals and projects as required.
  6. Build and maintain excellent working relationships.

The successful candidate will have experience in people leadership, staff management, training, and performance management, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
