Sales Growth Manager

At PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH, we're looking for a Sales Growth Manager to drive business expansion in the Auckland region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth across new and existing businesses.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Auckland region
- Build relationships with key independent customers to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to support national accounts and engage regional stakeholders
- Execute dynamic sales strategies within the Traditional Trade sector to drive growth across both new and existing business
- Familiarity with the New Zealand impulse and convenience trade channel is essential
- Strong analytical and strategic skills to evaluate sales opportunities and manage pricing
- Excellent relationship-building skills to connect with internal teams, key independent customers, and distributors
- Natural influencer with the ability to negotiate at all levels and consistently hit sales targets
- Energetic and resilient individual who can effectively manage their time, communicate clearly, and push through setbacks to achieve goals
