Our portfolio includes Kerastase, L'Oreal Professionnel, Redken, Pureology and Matrix, offering a range of premium products and services to meet the evolving needs of our salon partners.
The Territory Growth Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion within the region, working closely with salon partners to deliver tailored solutions and achieve sales targets.
- Evaluating and securing new business opportunities in the territory.
- Developing strong relationships with salon partners to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Aiding salon partners' business growth by providing expert business and marketing support.
- Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs for existing clients.
- Reporting regularly on activity and opportunities.
About You
- Experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively.
- Flexibility to travel out of Auckland up to 6 nights per cycle.
- Ability to work in partnership with your manager and wider team to grow existing business and gain new business in the region.
