Account Management & Growth:

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular customer care calls to ensure satisfaction and uncover potential areas for growth.
  • Analyse customer trends to anticipate needs and proactively address concerns to minimize churn.
  • Work with Regional Franchisees to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new business accounts.
  • Liaise with Regional Franchisees and key stakeholders to facilitate business development initiatives.
