Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account & Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate and government clients, developing strategic account plans, and identifying high-value business opportunities.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills. They will also have a commercial mindset and a hunger to grow business spend.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 corporate and government clients.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive client retention and revenue growth.
- Identify and close high-value business opportunities through face-to-face and virtual meetings.
- Conduct venue inspections, virtual tours, and present tailored solutions to clients.
- Represent Cliftons at industry events, meetings, and conferences to expand our reach.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution for your clients.
